In 2009 Sangeeta traveled to Southern India where she lived for eigtheen months at the International Center for Yoga Education and Research at Ananda Ashram. She received a Senior Yoga Teacher degree upon completion of residential training in Yoga, Carnatic Music, Bharatanatyam Dance and Sanskrit (www.icyer.com).

Traveling back and forth between India, Europe and the USA, Sangeeta has been sharing these practices in a variety of contexts, from academic classes to retreats.
